KATA BOX GROOVE is a high-energy fitness party happening 4th April 2026, 8AM–1PM at Silo Parking, Junction Mall From Katabox and Tabata to Zumba, mobility, wellness, and fun games, it’s the perfect space to move, sweat, and connect. Open to everyone kids, beginners, fitness lovers come ready to STRIKE, SWEAT, and UNITE! For anybody practicing any martial arts style, come in your uniform/gii/dobok/kimono!!
